After the Xfinity Series Lakes Region 200 race in Loudon, New Hampshire on July 21, post race inspection revealed that two of the top five cars failed to pass the ride height requirements.

The number 18 Joe Gibbs Racing car driven by Ryan Preece and the number 42 Chip Ganassi Racing car driven by John Hunter Nemechek finished the race in third and fourth.

The number 52 Jimmy Means Racing car driven by David Starr had one of its lug nuts improperly secured.

While NASCAR will not assess any penalties until later in the week, a previous ride height penalty resulted in a loss of car owner and driver points and a fine and suspension for the car’s crew chief.

NASCAR is taking the first place Joe Gibbs Racing car driven by Christopher Bell and the second place Team Penske car driven by Brad Keselowski to their R&D center in Concord North Carolina for a more detailed inspection.
