Last week on “RuPaul’s Drag Race” the queens played “The Snatch Game” but Monique Heart was sent home after The Vixen beat her out in the lip sync competition.
This week there are only seven. queens remaining in the competition.
Telling the queens that the next Drag Queen Superstar needs to be able to take it as well as give it. This week’s mini challenge is a slapfest with slap out of it – queens must come up with a snappy line that will get a fake slap from RuPaul. The queen with the most compelling reaction is the winner.
After saying that all of the queens made her slap happy, RuPaul named Asia O’Hara as the winner of the challenge.
Now it is time to pay tribute to one of the biggest stars in entertainment…and RuPaul’s idol…Cher. The award winning icon has had a hit song in each of the past sx decades but never seems to age.

The runway theme this week is glitterific.
In the judge’s remarks…
The judges loved Kameron’s runway look; adding that her Cher voice was spot on and she nailed the opening; setting the tone for the show.
The judges said that part of the illusion was gone in her glitter look and she embodied Cher with a funny and confident character.
The judges liked The Vixen’s runway look and while they thought she gave a good performance, it wasn’t Cher and RuPaul felt a disconnect with the audience.
Aquaria had a gorgeous runway look and she nailed the choregraphy but her character was not Cher.
Asia had a fun runway look but didn’t portray the iconic “Moonstruck” look and appeared unprepared.
Eureka had a gorgeous runway and her Cher made the judges laugh but they felt she was a grower not a shower in her performance.
Miz Cracker was beautiful and scary on the runway and while she nailed the comedy, the judges didn’t feel her Cher.
This week Monet X Change, Eureka, Miz Cracker, and Aquaria were all safe.
Kameron was named the winner of the challenge with RuPaul saying Kameron hit the bull’s eye, but Asia O’Hara and The Vixen were in the bottom and facing elimination.
This week’s lip sync song was “Groove is in the Heart” by Deee Lite.
After the lip sync performance, RuPaul told Asia to chantey you stay, but for The Vixen, the third time was not the charm and she was told to sashay away.
Backstage in the “Untucked” segment all of the queens believed that Kameron would be named the winner and were wondering why Kameron wasn’t more excited about it. Kameron said that she doesn’t celebrate anything prematurely.
Asia was not happy with the Cher role she got as the movie star Cher; adding that no matter who had been given the role, they would be in the bottom.
Several of the queens believe that the bottom two will be Asia and The Vixen.
Asia is very sure of herself to the point of arrogance and Mizz Cracker tries to talk to her about it, but Aquaria appears not to understand what Miz Cracker is saying.
At the end of the show when The Vixen is preparing to leave, she notes that she regrets that some of her biggest moments were also some of her angriest moments. She notes that she doesn’t want any of her Chicago queens to give up, but to know that they can do it…whatever they want to achieve as a drag queen.
The Vixen said that if you were there to win, at least be there to grow. Her parting words were, “you can’t win if you don’t try.”
