On January 21 the Screen Actors Guild presented their 24th annual awards presentation. This year’s ceremonies are hosted by Kristen Bell.

The SAG Awards are the only awards where the winners are selected by the actors themselves.

The first award of the night was for Outstanding Performance by a Male in a TV Comedy Series and the award went to William H. Macy for his role in “Shameless”.

The award for Outstanding Performance by a Female in a TV Comedy Series went to Julia Louis-Dreyfus for her role in “Veep”.

The award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series went to he cast of “Veep”. This is their first win as an ensemble.

The award for Outstanding Performance by a Female in a Supporting Film Role went to Allison Janney for her role in “I, Tonya”.

The award for Outstanding Performance by a Male in a Supporting Film Role went to Sam Rockwell for his role in “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri”.

The award for Outstanding Performance by a Male in a TV Movie or Limited Series went to Aleander Skarsgard for his role in “Big Little Lies”.

The award for Outstanding Performance by a Female in a TV Movie or Limited Series went to Nicole Kidman for her role in “Big Little Lies”. It is her first SAG Award win.

Rita Moreno presents the Lifetime Achievement Award to Morgan Freeman.

The award for Outstanding Performance by a Male in a Drama Series went to Sterling K. brown for his role in “This is Us”. This is his first SAG Award win.

The award for Outstanding Performance by a Female in a TV Drama Series went to Claire Foy for her role in “The Crown”.

The award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series went to the cast of “This is Us”. This is their first win as an ensemble.

The award for Outstanding Actor in a Leading Film Role went to Gary Oldman for his role in “Darkest Hour”.

Halle Berry presented the award for Outstanding Performance by a Female in a Leading Film Role to Frances McDormand for her role in “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing Msisouri”.

The award for Outstanding Performance by a Motion Picture Cast went to “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri”.
