The Radio City Music Hall Rockettes will return for another year of holiday entertainment and this year they are performing a full 10 dance program.

Currently in full rehearsal for the 2026 Rockettes Christmas Spectacular, dancers are hard at work for the November 4 opening that includes a new tap number “Ring” choreographed by Chloe Arnold to the music of “Carol of the Bells”.

Long time Rockette fans will see something new this year with “immersive camera technology “where overhead, side, and front angles of the Rockettes and displays them in real time on side screens during every number”.

Choreographer Chloe Arnold spoke on the new routine via statement saying, “it is a profound honor to have the opportunity to create ‘Ring’ and contribute to the extraordinary legacy of the Rockettes…I wanted to unite their iconic precision with the amazing rhythmic language and cultural impact of tap dance, creating something that feels both timeless and boldly new. Hearing and seeing 36 women moving as one powerful instrument is breathtaking. As someone who has dedicated their life to sharing the love of tap dance with the world, my hope is that the joy, power, and beauty of this art form will be felt in the hearts of everyone who experiences this historic moment.”

The 2026 Christmas Spectacular will feature 13 new members to the Rockettes.

The Radio City Music Hall Rockettes have been dancing their way through the holidays with their Christmas Spectacular events since the opening of Radio City Music Hall in 1933.  In that time more than 70 million people have seen the shows at least once.
