In a feat that has been attempted only six times by five drivers – John Andretti, Tony Stewart, Robby Gordon, Kurt Busch, and Kyle Larson – English born driver Katherine Legge is looking to join the list as the first woman to “run the double” – running the Indianapolis 500 and the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway on the same day!

With sponsorship by e.l.f. Cosmetics, Legge will drive the number eleven HMD Motorsports with AJ Foyt Racing in the Indianapolis 500 and the number 78 car for Live Fast Motorsports in the NASCAR Cup Series Coca-Cola 600 only hours after completion of the race in Indianapolis.

If Legge can complete both races, she will have run an impressive 1,100 miles in a single day.

Along with racing in IndyCar and NASCAR; Legge has competed in the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Sebring, and was the first woman to lead the Rolex 24 at Daytona.
