Spice Girls’ Sporty Spice – aka Mel C – has a new album “Sweat” coming out next month but she has released the first single from the album “Undefeated Champion”.

And later this year she will be heading out on the road for a tour in North America, Europe, Tokyo, and Australia.

Speaking on the new single, Mel C said, “‘Undefeated Champion’ is about getting knocked down and choosing to rise every single time. It’s a reminder that the hardest moments are the ones that make us stronger. It’s faith over fear, joy in the face of adversity – almost challenging the universe: ‘come and have a go if you think you’re hard enough!’ At its core, it’s about realizing we’re far more resilient than we think.”
