The 2026 Milan Cortina Paralympics are winding down with only two more days of competition before the flame is extinguished and the athletes return home.
Once again, the United States and Canada will compete for the gold medal in sled hockey. United States beat Czechia and Canada defeated China to earn the right to compete for the gold medal on Sunday morning.
China continues to lead in the medal count with a total of 33 medals – 12 of them gold – with 63 of the 79 events completed.
Poland joined the list of nations who have earned medals for a total of 26 Nations with at least one medal.
