Yesterday social media was filled with the story that Pink and her husband of 20 years Carey Hart were calling it quits…FAKE NEWS strikes again!
Over the past few months, Artificial intelligence manufactured stories have been inundating social media and a very small percentage of readers actually search to see if it is true.
Pink herself has taken to the internet to clear the air and says that she is definitely NOT separated from her former motocross racer husband.
In a social media post the pop star said, “I was just alerted to the fact that I’m separated from my husband. I didn’t know. Thank you People Magazine. Thank you US Weekly. Thank you for letting me know. I was wondering, would you also like to tell our children? My 14-year-old and 9-year-old are also unaware. Or do you want to talk about some real news?”
To help them out she mentioned, “the Epstein files and the results of the 2026 Olympics, or the fact that she was nominated for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.”
People Magazine was the first to post an article with unsubstantiated information. It also noted that Pink’s representatives declined comment, and Hart’s did not respond.
Pink and Hart got married on the beach in 2006 and had a short separation in 2008 but reunited and are a family with their two children, Willow Sage Hart, 14, and Jameson Moon Hart, 9.
