MLB Players in the World Baseball Classic

It has been 20 years since the very first World Baseball Classic.

But this year it’s historic…

For the first time all four Cy Young and MVP players – Paul Skenes, Tarik Skubal, Aaron Judge, and Shoei Ohtani – from the 2025 season will be participating in the World Baseball Classic.

A total of 78 MLB All Star players are playing in the 2026 WBC with Japan, the Dominican Republic, and Team USA topping the list.  Team USA has 22 MLB All Stars on their roster – the most of any team.

Every team in the Majors has representatives in the World Baseball Classic.
