Osbourne died last July just weeks after his all star reunion concert in his hometown of Brimingham.
Slash, Duff McKagan, Chad Smith from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Post Malone, producer Andrew Watt will all be a part of the tribute.
The 2026 Grammy Awards will be on February 1 beginning at 8pm eastern time live from the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California.
