Rackley WAR has announced that the only female driver in the Craftsman Truck Series – Toni Breidinger – will be driving a part time schedule in the number 27 truck this season; starting with the race at Daytona International Speedway.
Breidinger’s previous races were in a Toyota; this will be her first time driving a Chevrolet.
Breidinger spoke via a team release on driving for Rackley WAR saying, “I’m looking forward to starting this next chapter with the Team Chevy family. Chevrolet’s passion for motorsports and commitment to performance is unrivaled. With their support of Rackley WAR’s growing program, I’m confident they are going to provide me with the resources to compete for wins.”
Previously Breidinger drove for Tricon Garage and in the ARCA Menards Series.
When not behind the wheel of a race car or truck, Breidinger is a model and is the first NASCAR driver to be in an issue of the “Sports Illustrated Swimsuit” magazine.
