Led Zeppelin’s John Paul Jones has decided that while he continues to write, record, and perform music; his personal home recording studio is a bit too cluttered and has teamed up with Soundgas for an auction of some of the equipment. Items will be on sale through January 18.
Soundgas reports, “he (Jones) feels it should be in the hands of people who will put it to good use, so it is offered here without formal provenance, with the intention that it continues to be used as intended.”
The studio equipment is the personal property of John Paul Jones and has no other connection with the Hall of Fame rockers of Led Zeppelin other than Jones himself.
