The Critics Chose Awards will kick off the Hollywood Awards season on January 4 with Chelsea Handler hosting the gala event.

Speaking on hosting the 31st annual event, Chelsea Handler said, “kicking off the year with the Critics Choice Awards feels right.  Nothing says ‘new beginnings’ like a room full of critics ready to tell you how you did last year.”

The biggest nominee getter in the list of nominees is “One Battle After Another”.  “Wicke: For Good”, “Frankenstein”, and “Sinners” also garnered multiple award nominations.
