Kids are back in school and the federal government has shut down; that and a pre-holiday lull took its toll on Broadway last week with a significant drop at the box office with a drop of some $3 million.  Even attendance at “Just in Time” was down from over 103% to just over 101%.

Three more shows joined the roster last week for a total of 35 but “Hamilton” and “Wicked” still managed to top the $2 million mark with “Hamilton” topping the $3 million mark.
