What does it mean to be a kid at heart?

Being a kid at heart means never being too old to sit on the floor and play with the children, grandchildren, etc.

Being a kid at heart is never being so old and grumpy that you can’t laugh and have fun.

I remember one day being at my dad’s house, three generations of Fulghums sitting in front of my dad’s TV watching Bugs Bunny cartoons and laughing our heads off.

When I was in college, there was a group of us watching a German version of “Sesame Street” (‘Sesame Strasse”) and laughing like a bunch of little kids.

The world is full of sports stars, artists, and entertainers who in some sense never grew up and remain “kids at heart”.

Watch a baseball game with Japanese player Shohei Ohtani and he is like a little boy who never grew up. It isn’t just a job for him, it’s fun and he displays that joy in his actions. THAT is being a kid at heart.

Don’t be afraid to dance and laugh. Have fun!
