Ume is offering up the first four solo albums from Ringo Starr in a limited edition coloured vinyl release on October 24. 

“Sentimental Journey” will be on Buttermilk Yellow

“Beaucoups of Blues” will be on Baby Blue

The self titled “Ringo” will be on Molten Lava

“Goodnight Vienna” will be on Psychedelic Waves  

The limited edition releases will be available on Ringo’s own website.

President & CEO of Ume Bruce Resnikoff spoke on the new albums saying, “for decades, Ringo has shaped music and inspired audiences worldwide, revered for his artistry and for his mission to spread peace and love around the world. We are honored to be entrusted with preserving his body of work, from his early work to his solo albums throughout the years. These reissues highlight his depth, his creativity and his lasting cultural impact.”

Ringo began his solo career by asking, “Why don’t we take a sentimental journey?” and followed it up by recording an album of songs from the American Songbook.

He followed up with his second album of country and folk music.is self-titled third album featured numerous collaborations including his former Beatle bandmates and his first foray into original songs including the hit song “Photograph” which was written with George Harrison.

“Goodnight Vienna” featured more musical collaborations of original music.
