Country Music Awards offer an award not presented by any other awards organizations – honouring the radio personalities!
The 2025 Country Music Association awards will not presented until November 18; but the CMA has released the list for the winners of the 2025 CMA Broadcast Awards.
For generations it was the radio station disc jockeys that spun the music and made sure the fans not only heard their favourite artists; but were introduced to new music when it came out. In the early days of radio, artists would even make live appearances and some time perform at local radio stations.
New Artist of the Year nominee Tucker Wetmore spent part of the morning personally calling each of the winners.
