The award winning musical “Dreamgirls” is making a return to Broadway next fall in a revival with Camille A. Brown as the director and choreographer.  Brown is a five time Tony Award nominee.

The show is currently conducting an open casting call for “talented women of all shapes and sizes” with auditions in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Detroit, Miami, London, Toronto, Mexico City, Amsterdam, Rome, and Paris.

“Dreamgirls” is the story of a female group of colour in the 1960’s similar to groups like The Supremes and The Shirelles.

The original “Dreamgirls” debuted in 1981 with Jennifer Holiday in the starring role and had everybody belting out “And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going”.
