The annual Broadway Cares’ Flea Market and Grand Auction is set to return this fall September 21.  Dozens of tables filled with theatrical memorabilia will fill the heart of the theatre district – 44th and 45th Streets between 7th and 8th Avenues – along with a silent auction that includes pre-bidding online.

The Flea Market runs form 10am to 7pm with the  auction set to begin at 5pm.  Online pre-bidding for the silent auction begins on September 5.

Participants and auction items will be announced after Labor Day.  Theater fans and deal seekers will have the opportunity to bid and purchase on one-of-a-kind keepsakes, autographed collectibles, bid on exclusive Broadway experiences and rare finds, props, costume pieces, and coveted opening night packages.

The Broadway Flea Market and Grand Auction began back in 1987 when cast members from “A Chorus Line” set up two tables of items outside their Shubert Alley stage door.

Last year the event brought in over $1 million to bring a total of over $18.7 million for the non-profit organization.
