The dreams of being in the playoffs is quickly dwindling for the Cup and Xfinity Series drivers.  On Friday night the Truck Series concluded its regular season and the playoff field is set.

With one final race remaining in the regular season for the Cup Series drivers, William Byron has been named the champion for the regular season after his 12th place finish and a multi-car pile up that sent teammate Chase Elliott to the garage and out of the race early.

Austin Dillon goes back-to-back with his win in the Cook Out 400 at Richmond Raceway to become the 14th different driver to win at least one race this season.
