In baseball a Grand Slam happens when the batter hits a homerun when the batter hits a homerun with the bases loaded.
In racing, a Grand Slam happens when the driver wins the Daytona 500, Coca-Cola 600, Brickyard 400 and the Southern 500 (Darlington Raceway) over the course of their career.
The list of drivers who have accomplished the Grand Slam is a short one with just four drivers, all members of the NASCAR all of Fame.

Kyle Busch has won races at nearly every track on the NASCAR circuit but the Daytona 500 has eluded him. He came close to completing the Grand Slam with a second place finish at the 500 in 2019.
Brad Keselowski is also missing the Daytona 500 to complete the Grand Slam; he came close in 2014 with a third place finish.
Kyle Larson also needs the Daytona 500 to clinch the Grand Slam; his best finish in the 500 is seventh.
Denny Hamlin has finished third twice in the Brickyard 400; but kissing the bricks is the only race he needs to complete the Grand Slam. After winning the race last week at the Monster Mile; Hamlin is looking to earn the Grand Slam and race win number 60 this weekend.
