Pedal steel guitar player Robert Randolph is releasing his new album “Preacher Kids” June 27 and will follow it up with a tour.
“Preacher Kids” is Randolph’s first album in five years and his debut with Sun Records.
Speaking on the album, Randolph said, “we made this album the way we’re about to play it-live, loud, and full of soul. This tour is about connection. It’s about getting back to the magic that happens when music, energy, and people come together in a room.”
Randolph’s collaborations include the Elvis movie, Amazon Prime’s “Thursday Night Football”, Eric Clapton, Santana, Dave Matthews, Norah Jones, Sir Elton John, and Beyonce.
