After over a thousand miles of racing last weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, only two teams were charged with a penalty and both were the result of tire issues.
The Cup Series, the number 66 Garage 66 car driven by Josh Bilicki and the Kaulig Racing Xfinity Series number 10 car driven by Daniel Dye both lost a wheel on the track during the Coca-Cola 600 and the Bet MGM 300.
Both infractions were a violation of per Sections 10.5.2.6.D and 10.5.2.5.E in the NASCAR Rule Book.
As a result, Garage 66 rear tire changer Brehanna Daniels and jackman Ethan Hindman and the Kaulig Racing rear-tire changer Jerick Newsome and jackman Richie Williams have been suspended for the next two races.
