Rock and Roll Hall of Famer John Fogerty turns 80 on May 25 and he is celebrating the event with a concert!
The show will be held at the Beacon Theatre in New York City and feature Fogerty’s 50 plus year career of music. And joining him on stage are sons Shane and Tyler!
Tickets go on sale to the general public April 4.
The show at the Beacon is not Fogerty’s only performance this year. After appearing at Fire Aid in January, Fogerty is scheduled to perform at the annual New Orleans Jazz Festival on April 24, the annual Glastonbury Festival in England in June, and will perform at the Hollywood Bowl on July 6.
Hosted by Brian Willaims, Fogerty will be honoured at the American Music Honours on April 26. The American Music Honours pays tribute to artists of artistic excellence, creative integrity, and a longstanding commitment to music. Bruce Springsteen, Nils Lofgren, Patti Scialfa, and Stevie Van Zant are scheduled as presenters.
