NBA Basketball player Jimmy Butler has gotten his wish…

Suspended three times by the Miami Heat, Butler was looking to be traded.  The Heat made a trade with the Golden State Warriors that will bring four players and a first round draft pick to Miami.

Butler goes to San Francisco with Andrew Wiggins, Dennis Schroder, Kyle Anderson, Lindy Waters and a first-round draft compensation pick to Miami.  Schroder will be moving on to Utah; while Josh Richardson and Waters will be headed for Detroit.

The trade still needs to be approved by the League.

ESPN has reported that Butler has already signed a two year deal with the Warriors.

The Golden State Warriors is the fifth team for Butler.  Along with the Miami Heat he has played for the Chicago Bulls, Minnesota, and Philadelphia.

Stephen Curry and Draymond Green are among Butler’s new teammates.
