In an 80’s music reunion Simple Minds, Soft Cell, and Modern English are joining forces for a tour in late spring and early summer.  English rockers Simple Minds are listed at the headline act with Soft Cell and Modern English as the opening acts.

Jim Kerr of Simple Minds spoke on the upcoming tour saying, “been a while but absence makes the heart grow fonder.  Simple Minds are ecstatic at the prospect of touring so extensively in the US and Canada this coming Spring.”

Simple Minds is celebrating 40 years since their milestone year in 1985.  The celebration also includes a 40th anniversary digital release of “Once Upon a Time”.  A new single is also on the way and a new music video.
