On January 8, the Screen Actor’s Guild revealed the nominees for the 2025 SAG Awards. Not surprisingly the film adaptation of “Wicked” topped the list with five nominations with “Shogun” leading with five on the television side.
The Bob Dylan film “A Complete Unknown” followed with four nominations.
The SAG Awards are often seen as a prediction for the upcoming Academy Award nominations next month.
The SAG Awards is one of the few awards presenters who also honours the entire ensemble with an award; as well as, the stunt crews.
The SAG Awards will be held on February 23 with Kristen Bell as host and aired on Netflix.
Jane Fonda is set to receive the SAG Lifetime Achievement Award.
