Daily writing prompt
What have you been working on?

As the expression goes, I have many irons in the fire.

I am always working on something and usually many somethings…all at the same time!

Holiday season is upon us; which means the list is about to get longer. I have four blankets to finish crocheting and putting together. One of them is almost done with the square ready for two more.

Oh, and there are the hats I crochet that get donated. Winter will be here before we know it and the kids are going to need hats. . And kids being kids, they are likely to lose them and need more.

Next month it’s soap making.

And while racing season will be over in four more weeks, there is still a great deal of writing waiting in the wings. The email box grows on a daily basis.

Speaking of writing, I went out and “played” tourist yesterday; which means I have about 400 photos to go through to pick out what I want to use for the two articles I need to write.

And while it may seem trivial, I have quite a streak going on my Kindle for days of reading in a row – 1141 days – and I don’t want that to end.

One thing is for sure, being bored is not a part of my vocabulary; there is always something to do around here…and that doesn’t even count the projects I would like to work on – some sewing and mending, playing music, and there are THOUSANDS of film photos that need to be sorted and either digitized or some way of accessing them. I could create an “Oh, the Places I Have Been” book of my own with all the photos I have taken. Oh, and there are the ones on SD cards and sticks that need organizing.

Maybe I need a clone or three if I ever hope to get it all done!
