Each week fans of the Craftsman Truck and Xfinity Series features part time drivers and cars with multiple drivers during the season.
At Charlotte Motor Speedway Kyle Busch ran the number 33 car for Richard Childress Racing in the Xfinity Series. The car is in 51st place.
Mike Harmon Racing has struck a deal with RCR to acquire the points from that 33 car.
After acquisition of the 33 car’s points, the 74 car moves up to 43rd place. The 74 car passes Joey Gase and Patrick Emerling in the standings.
The change takes place prior to the race at Kansas Speedway this weekend.
Thirty-nine teams have brought cars to Kansas for 38 starting spots this weekend but with the acquisition of the points from RCR, they are guaranteed a starting spot in the race with Ryan Vargas behind the wheel.
