On this eighth day of competition at the Paralympic Games in Paris, France 80 countries now have athletes who have won medals at The Games. The People’s Republic of China continues to dominate the medal count with a total of 166 medals – nearly double the total of the second country Great Britain who has 84. The Chinese have racked up a total of 74 gold medals.
