Day three of the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris have brought medal wins for more countries with a total of 58.  There have also been a few medals presented to athletes under the Neutral Athlete moniker but they are not included in the total medal count.

Like the Olympics, athletes who participate under the Neutral declaration can have no reference to their native countries.  If they win a medal, the Paralympic anthem is played and the Paralympic flag is raised.

The People’s Republic of China continues to lead with 20 gold medals and 42 medals overall.  The United States has moved up in the total medal count after winning five gold medals and a total of 19.
