How do you use social media?
I remember my mother and Grandma keeping the postal service busy with the frequent exchange of letters. And if Grandma thought mother was taking too long to answer, she would send another somewhat fiery letter looking for an explanation.
These days families have social media, an instant form of communication to keep track of all manner of goings on and family gossip.
With family scattered all across the country, my main use for Social Media is communicating with family and keeping up with who is doing what. And with a professional boxer in the family, it is even more important to know what and how he is doing. (Undefeated!)
However, I don’t have accounts all over the place, even though I do make use of my one account to share each time I post an article. I depend on page views to earn any money…such that it is…and it is important to share the links when they get posted.
I used to spend more time on Social Media checking for news and such, but now it has become more of an endless list of ads hawking everything from music lessons to cheap dollar store quality goods. Facebook doesn’t even have a news feed anymore!
