NASCAR has yet to release the racing schedule for 2024, but there have been a number of announcements pertaining to what the schedule will look like when the crews return to Daytona next February.

For the past three years the spring race at Bristol Motor Speedway has been run on dirt; but next year the race will return to a race on the concrete.

NASCAR has also announced that there will be no races at the four plus mile road course of Road America next year.

And while there is a very vocal group who would love to see the Busch Clash return to the original home at Daytona International Speedway, the race will again be run at the Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles on February 4.  But next year there will be an addition to the festivities when the NASCAR Mexico Series will run an All Star Race.

On September 20, NASCAR has released the eligibility requirements to run in the race:

The top 10 drivers in the point standings on Sept 23 after the race at El Dora Speedway.

The top six Mexico Challenge Series drivers on Sept 23.

Two Championship Provisional drivers not already qualified for the race.

A fan voted driver – open to Mexican residents only.

A guest driver.

Seven of the 20 open spots have already been filled:
Rubén García Jr.
Salvador de Alba
Germán Quiroga
Andres Pérez de Lara
Max Gutiérrez
Alex De Alba (Challenge Series)
Ruben Rovelo (Championship Provisional )
