After a mid season break, the Craftsman Truck Series returns to kick off a triple header weekend at Nashville Superspeedway with the Rackley Roofing 200. It is also the final race in the Triple Truck Challenge; which also means no Cup Series drivers are allowed in the race. Ben Rhodes and Grant Enfinger won the race in the first two TTC races; should one of them win again, they will get a total of $150,000; any other driver to win the race will receive a $50,000 prize.
Only four more races, counting tonight, remain in the Truck Series before the playoffs begin.
A total of 37 teams have brought trucks to the track to fill 36 starting spots.
With only four hours until race time, the drivers take to a green track for a 20 minute practice session before making a qualifying run.
There have been six winners so far this season with only four spots remaining to make the playoffs.
The first driver on the track to make a qualifying run is Trey Hutchens who posts a time of 31.630 seconds around the track.
Layne Riggs gets very loose on the track and saves the truck to put up a time of 31.273 seconds around the track.
Dean Thompson will not make a qualifying run after his truck failed to fire with a starter issue.
Jack Wood is the first driver to break the 30 second mark with a time of 29.953 seconds.
Matt Crafton is the only driver in the field who has been a part of every race at Nashville.
With a time of 29.571 seconds rookie Nick Sanchez puts his number two truck on the pole with Bayley Currey starting alongside on the front row. This is Sanchez’ third pole of the year.

Stages one is 45 laps, stage two is 50 laps with stage three lasting 55 laps for a total of 150 laps around the mile and a third concrete track.
Nick Sanchez brings the field down for the green flag start of the race with Bayley Currey alongside with Sanchez getting out in front from the inside lane. The drivers quickly spread out across the track.
Only two laps into the race and already the drivers are spread out three wide.
Lap three, Nick Sanchez has a near half second lead on Rajah Caruth; Bayley Currey, Corey Heim, and Tanner Gray round out the top five.
Lap four, Nick Sanchez has a lead of over half a second on Rajah Caruth.
The first caution flag of the race comes out on lap five after Hailie Deegan makes contact with Lawless Alan. Jack Wood also has some damage to his truck after contact from Deegan.
Nick Sanchez brings the field down for the green flag restart from the inside lane on lap 10 with Rajah Caruth on the outside. Sanchez jumps out in front but the caution flag comes out quickly when Lawless Alan blows a tire and gets into the wall before coming to a stop in the grass. Zane Smith gets loose and barely avoids taking out Corey Heim.

When the caution flag came out, the top five were Nick Sanchez, Rajah Caruth, Bayley Currey, Carson Hocevar, and Corey Heim.
Nick Sanchez brings the field down for the green flag restart from the inside lane on lap 17 with Sanchez edging out for the lead but Rajah Caruth comes up on the outside for a brief battle. Sanchez takes the lead.
Lap 19, Nick Sanchez has a lead of over half a second on Rajah Caruth; Carson Hocevar, Bayley Currey, and Zane Smith round out the top five.
Lawless Alan is the first driver out of the race. Hailie Deegan is the only driver on the track who is not on the lead lap two laps down.
NASCAR announces that Lawless Alan has been treated and released from the infield care center.
Lap 22, Nick Sanchez holds a half second lead on Rajah Caruth; third place driver Carson Hocevar is over two seconds back in third place.
Lap 24, Rajah Caruth has closed the gap on leader Nick Sanchez to just a tenth of a second. Zane Smith passes Bayley Currey for fourth.
Lap 27, Nick Sanchez holds on to a narrow lead on Rajah Caruth; Carson Hocevar, Zane Smith, and Bayley Currey round out the top five.
Twelve laps remain in stage one, Nick Sanchez and Rajah Caruth battle for the lead with slower traffic right in front of them.
Lap 36, the top five are Zick Sanchez, Rajah Caruth, Zane Smith, Carson Hocevar, and Bayley Currey.
Rajah Caruth finally gets around Nick Sanchez but Nick Sanchez comes up on the inside with Zane Smith in tow; putting Caruth back in third.

Lap 42, since taking the lead, Zane Smith has pulled out to a near second and a half lead on Nick Sanchez; Bayley Currey, Carson Hocevar, and Corey Heim round out the top five.
With a lead of over two seconds, Zane Smith wins stage one for his second stage win of the season.

Lap 73, Ty Majeski is slowed on the track with an electrical issue. He says the truck will not fire. Driving the truck through the infield, Majeski gets the car to pit road.

Lap 76, corey Heim has a quarter of a second lead on Bayley Currey; Zane Smith, Carson Hocevar, and Nick Sanchez round out the top five.
Lap 78, there are 24 trucks on the lead lap.
Lap 80, Corey Heim has increased his lead on Bayley Currey to a third of a second; Zane Smith, Carson Hocevar, and Nick Sanchez round out the top five.
The caution flag comes out on lap 85 for Stewart Friesen’s heavily smoking truck. Friesen got loose and spun out. Friesen reports there is an issue with the left rear.
Some of the drivers come down pit road for service including the leaders. Corey Heim wins the race off of pit road.
Matt DiBenedetto stays out on the track and will bring the field to green with just four laps remaining in stage two.
Matt Crafton was charged with an uncontrolled tire and Layne Riggs was caught speeding on pit road.
Lap 92, Corey Heim takes the lead with Matt DiBenedetto and Carson Hocevar in a battle for second.
Daniel Dye brings out the caution flag with just three laps remaining in stage two when he gets loose. Layne Riggs and Bret Holmes were also involved. Bret Holmes is out of the race.

Ten to go, the caution flag comes out for Christian Eckes and Stewart Friesen who make contact when Friesen gets loose and gets into Eckes after some quick contact with Grant Enfinger.

Carson Hocevar wins his second race of the season with Zane Smith in second. Hocevar also wins the Triple Truck Challenge $50,000 prize. The trophy for winning at Nashville is a Gibson guitar. Hocevar takes the checkered flag and climbs the fence. Mom comes down to the track for a big hug.
After his post race interview, Carson Hocevar heads into the stands to celebrate with the fans.
