This past weekend the Cup Series travelled out west to wine country for some road racing.  Martin Truex Jr won his second race of the season and his fourth Sonoma win.  The win put Truex at the top of the point standings; but William Byron leads the way in the playoff standings.

The racers in all three series have this coming weekend off as FOX ended their portion of the broadcast season and NBC will pick up the broadcasts for Xfinity and Cup Series.
