Later this week, guitar virtuoso and rock legend Erick Clapton will turn 78 years old and as a result he seldom tours any longer.  However, in September, Clapton will travel across the pond from his home in England to perform a few dates in North America.  While he will make his only Canadian stop in Toronto, “Slow Hand” will not make a stop in New York City and Madison Square Garden; nor will he perform in Los Angeles.

Tickets for the five dates go on sale March 29 at 10am local time via Ticketmaster.
