It has been 20 years since Les Claypool and his mates in the Fearless Flying Frog Brigade have played together.  But that is all about to change with a big tour this spring and summer.  The tour will also include a number of festival dates.  The band last played together at the Orlando House of Blues in 2003

Jerry Harrison and Adrian Belew will be co-headlining a set with Claypool.  Fishbone, Neal Francis, the Budos Band, W.I.T.C.H., and Moon Duo will be providing support on various dates throughout the tour.

Tickets for the Summer of Green tour go on sale beginning February 3 at 10am local time with pre-sales and VIP upgrades available on February 1.  Use the code WHAMOLA at lesclaypool.com.

The set list will include a full performance of “Animals” by Pink Floyd.

The Fearless Flying Frog Brigade are Les Claypool on bass, Sean Lennon on guitar, Harry Waters on keyboards, Paulo Baldi on drums, Mike Dillon percussion, and Skerik on horns.

Claypool said, “in an age of calibrated chaos, moral constipation, and Conspiranoia, it is reassuring to know that certain frogs can and do fly.  He described the band as King Crimson meets Pink Floyd meets Frank Zappa.
