It’s the first race of the Playoff for the Camping World Truck Series with the TSport 200 from Indianapolis.
Thirty-six teams brought trucks to the Indianapolis Raceway Park to fill 36 starting spots after being away from IRP for over 10 years..

Each drivers gets two laps to make a qualifying run with the best lap begin posted. The best lap wins the pole.
With a lap of 22.211 seconds John Hunter Nemechek puts his Kyle Busch Motorsports number four truck on the pole for the fifth time this season with team Mate Chandler Smith starting alongside on the front row. Eight of the 10 playoff drivers are in the top 10 of the starting lineup.

Stages one and two of the race are 60 laps each with stage three lasting 80 laps for a total of 200 laps around the 7/10 mile oval. Drivers can run 120 to 130 laps on a single load of fuel.
Chris Hacket and Josh Reaume will have to start the race from the back of the field.
John Hunter Nemechek brings the field down for the green flag start of the race from the inside lane and edges out for the lead.
Lap two, John Hunter Nemechek leads the race with Chandler Smith in second; Grant Enfinger, Christian Eckes, and Corey Heim round out the top five.
Lap five, John Hunter Nemechek has a third of a second lead on Chandler Smith; Grant Enfinger, Carson Hocevar, and Christian Eckes round out the top five.
Lap seven, after starting the race in 23rd, points leader Zane Smith has moved up inside the top 20 to 17th.
Lap eight, Chandler Smith battle with Chandler Smith for the lead. Smith passes Nemechek for the lead briefly but Nemechek holds on to the lead.
The first caution flag of the race comes out on lap nine after Spencer Boyd and Josh Reaume make contact and get into the wall. Spencer Boyd’s truck is on fire. The safety workers quickly respond and Boyd gets out of the truck on his own.
John Hunter Nemechek brings the field down for the green flag restart from the inside lane on lap 21 and jumps out in front. Carson Hocevar made a run for the lead but just missed out and ended up in third.
Lap 22, John hunter Nemechek has the lead with Chandler Smith in second; Carson Hocevar, Stewart Friesen, and Corey Heim round out the top five. Zane Smith is up to 14tth.
Lap 27, John Hunter Nemechek has a half second lead on Chandler Smith; Carson Hocevar, Stewart Friesen, and Grant Enfinger round out the top five.
Lap 30, Josh Reaume brings out the second caution flag when he spins out and creates a big cloud of smoke. He has significant damage to his truck. Reaume was already five laps down. Jake Garcia is the “lucky dog”.
A few of the drivers come down pit road for adjustments. The teams have only three sets of the tires for the race.
Leading every lap so far, John Hunter Nemechek brings the field down for the green flag restart on lap 37 from the inside lane with Chandler Smith on the outside. Nemechek holds on to the lead with Chandler Smith in second; Carson Hocevar, Stewart Friesen, and Grant Enfinger round out the top five. Zane Smith has entered the top 10.
Lap 40, John Hunter Nemechek has a lead of nearly a second on Chandler Smith; Carson Hocevar, Stewart Friesen, and Grant Enfinger round out the top five.
At 19, Carson Hocevar is the youngest driver in the playoffs.
Lap 49, John Hunter Nemechek has left the field behind and is now over a second and a half in front of Chandler Smith; Carson Hocevar, Stewart Friesen, and Grant Enfinger round out the top five.
With seven laps remaining in stage one, Chandler Smith has closed the cap on leader John Hunter Nemechek to a second and a half; Carson Hocevar, Stewart Friesen, and Grant Enfinger round out the top five.
Spencer Boys is out of the lap with 31 trucks on the lead lap.

Corey Heim is the only driver in the top 10 who is not in the playoffs.
Drivers come down pit road for service. While they have enough fuel to make it to the end of stage two, the tires have fallen off. Chandler Smith wins the race off of pit road wit Carson Hocevar coming out second ;and John Hunter Nemechek in third.
Ben Rhodes and Kris Wright were caught speeding on pit road and will have to restart the race from the longest line.
Chandler Smith brings the field down for the green flag start of stage two on lap 71 but it is Carson Hocevar form the inside lane who gets out in front for the lead.
Lap 72, the top five are Carson Hocevar, Chandler Smith, John Hunter Nemechek, Grant Enfinger, and Corey Heim.
The caution flag comes out on lap 74 when Blake Lothian has an issue and is stopped on the track and out of the race.
Carson Hocevar brings the field down for the green flag restart from the inside lane on lap 81 and jumps out in front for the lead with Chandler Smith and Grant Enfinger battling for second.

Lap 84, Grant Enfinger passes Chandler Smith…with a little help from John Hunter Nemechek…to take second.
Lap 87, Grant Enfinger comes up to battle Carson Hocevar for the lead. So far, Hocevar has held Enfinger off.
Lap 90, the top five are Carson Hocevar, Grant Enfinger, John Hunter Nemechek, Chandler Smith, and Stewart Friesen.
Lap 95, Grant Enfinger continues to battle with Carson Hocevar for the lead.
Lap 96, nineth place driver Ty Majeski ran the fastest lap on the track.
Lap 101, Carson Hocevar holds on to the lead with Grant Enfinger on his bumper; John HunterNemechek, Chandler Smith, and Tyler Ankrum round out the top five.
Lap 105, Grant Enfinger finally gets around Carson Hocevar for the lead; team mates John Hunter Nemechek and Chandler Smith battle for third.
John Hunter Nemechek brings out the caution flag after he makes contact with lapped driver Kris Wright. Nemechek got in the edge of the grass and then went up the track and into Wright. Several drivers narrowly missed the wreck trying to see through a very thick cloud of smoke.
Many of the drivers come down pit road for service and short pit the end of the stage. Grant Enfinger wins the race off of pit road with Ty Majeski coming out second.
After staying out on the track, Chandler Smith brings the field down for the green flag restart with six laps remaining in stage two and takes the lead with Ben Rhodes in second; Ty Majeski, Grant Enfinger, and Lawless Alan round out the top five.
On fresh tires, Ty Majeski takes the lead with Grant Enfinger in second; Chandler Smith, Zane Smith, and Ben Rhodes round out the top five.

With 69 laps remaining in the race, the drivers are getting spread out through the field; Ty Majeski has a lead of nearly a second on Grant Enfinger. Drivers are getting four wide across the track.
Lap 134, Ty Majeski has a second and a half lead on Grant Enfinger; Stewart Friesen, John Hunter Nemechek, and Carson Hocevar round out the top five.
The caution flag comes out on lap 138 for debris on the track.

The eighth caution flag of the race comes out on lap 148 when Lawless Alan spins out after a four wide battle for position and gets into the wall. Chase Purdy and Zane Smith also get some damage after the contact.

With 20 laps remaining in the race, Christian Eckes is the only playoff driver not in the top 20 with six of the playoff drivers in the top 10.

With 13 laps to go, Grant Enfinger has caught up to leader Ty Majeski and is battling for the lead. Eleven to go and Grant Enfinger takes the lead with Ty Majeski in second; John Hunter Nemechek, Ben Rhodes, and Stewart Friesen round out the top five.
Ten to go, Colby Howard brings out the caution flag when he gets into the wall after making some contact with Carson Hocevar.
All 10 of the playoff drivers are in the top 20.

Grant Enfinger wins his first race of the season in the return to Indianapolis Raceway Park. Enfinger has secured a spot in round two of the playoffs. Enfinger is the 13th different race winner in the Truck Series this season.
