In race two of the throwback weekend at Darlington Speedway, the Xfinity Series runs the Mahindra ROXOR 200.

Under some hot spring skies, the Xfinity Series drivers take to the track for a 20 minute practice session before making a qualifying run.

In partnership with Hendrick Motorsports, JR Motorsports fields a fifth car this weekend with Chase Elliott driving the number 88 car.

Doing a double this weekend, Brennan Poole is the first driver on the track to make a qualifying run and clocks a time of 30.44 seconds around the track.

About halfway through qualifying, the rains came.  NASCAR hopes to get the track dried and complete qualifying before running the Truck Series race.

NASCAR has cancelled the remainder of qualifying and the field will be set via the NASCAR formula.  With 40 teams bringing cars for 38 spots, Chase Elliott was not able to make the race under the modified starting lineup.

Justin Allgaier was unable to get his car started when the command was given.  The crew pushed the car out of line and replaced the battery.  Allgaier will have to start the race from the back of the field after the battery was replaced.  Timmy Hill and Ryan Truex will also have to start the race from the back of the field.

Joey Logano and Ryan Blaney joins Adam Alexander in the FOX broadcast booth this week.

Stages one and two of the race are 45 laps each with stage three lasting 57 laps for a total of 147 laps around the mile and a third track.

Ty Gibbs brings the field down for the green flag start of the race from the outside lane and jumps out in front for the lead.  Drivers get three wide across the track.

After starting from the back of the field, Justin Allgaier has moved up to 30th place on lap four.

Lap six, Josh Berry battles with Brandon Jones for third.

Lap eight, Ty Gibbs has increased his lead to over a second on Noah Gragson; Josh Berry, Brandon Jones, and AJ Allmendinger round out the top five.

Lap 10, Sheldon Creed is reporting a possible engine issues.

Timmy Hill spins out on lap nine and brings out the first caution flag of the race.

The teams were given only five sets of tires for today’s race.

Ty Gibbs brings the field down for the green flag restart from the outside lane with Noah Gragson alongside on lap 15 Noah Gragson edges out in front for the lead after getting a push from AJ Allmendinger.

Lap 16, Noah Gragson leads the race with Ty Gibbs in second; AJ Allmendinger, Josh Berry, and Brandon Jones round out the top five.

Lap 18, Justin Allgaier is now in 16th place.

Jeb Burton brings out the caution flag when he spins out with a flat tire.  NASCAR determined that Jeb Burton intentionally brought out the caution flag and has held him for a lap on pit road.

Ty Gibbs brings the field down for the green flag restart from the outside lane on lap 24; getting a push from AJ Allmendinger, Noah Gragson takes the lead with Allmendinger in second.  Ty Gibbs drops to third place.

Lap 25, Justin Allgaier is in 12th place.  Ty Gibbs passes AJ Allmendinger for second.

Lap 27, Justin Allgaier enters the top 10.

Lap 28, Noah Gragson leads the race with Ty Gibbs in second; Josh Berry, AJ Allmendinger, and Riley Herbst round out the top five.

Lap 31, Noah Gragson has a lead of over half a second on Ty Gibbs; Josh Berry, AJ Allmendinger, and Riley Herbst round out the top five.  Justin Allgaier matches his car number in seventh place.

Lap 34, Justin Allgaier is in the top five in fourth place with team mate Noah Gragson leading the race.  Three of the four JR Motorsports cars are in the top five.

Lap 38, Noah Gragson has a near one second lead on Ty Gibbs; Josh Berry, Justin Allgaier, and Riley Herbst round out the top five.

With a lead of over half a second, Noah Gragson wins stage one for his fourth stage win of the season.

Brandon Brown brings out the caution flag when he gets stopped on the track.  With just two laps remaining in stage two, Noah Gragson wins stage two under caution for the stage sweep and his fifth stage win of the season.

Alex Labbe gets into the wall on lap 121 and brings out the caution flag.

Drivers come down pit road for fresh tires with Justin Allgaier winning the race off of pit road once again.

Justin Allgaier brings the field down for the green flag restart with just 22 laps remaining in the race.  From the inside lane, Josh Berry jumps out in front for the lead.  

Josh Berry was charged with a restart violation; Justin Allgaier retakes the lead as Berry serves a pass through penalty.

With 20 laps to go Justin Allgaier leads the race with John Hunter Nemechek in second; Noah Gragson, Sam Mayer, and Tyler Reddick round out the top five.  Josh Berry goes a lap down.

John Hunter Nemechek is not letting Justin Allgaier pull away from the field but is staying close on the number seven car’s bumper.

Fifteen to go, Justin Allgaier has just a two tenths of a second lead on John Hunter Nemechek; Noah Gragson, Sam Mayer, and Tyler Reddick round out the top five.

Fourteen to go, Noah Gragson has caught up to John Hunter Nemechek as Nemechek challenges leader Justin Allgaier.

Twelve to go, Justin Allgaier has increased the lead on John Hunter Nemechek as Joe Graf Jr gets into the wall after some on track contact and brings out the caution flag.

The field comes down pit road for that final set of fresh tires with a few drivers staying out on the track.  Justin Allgaier wins the race off of pit road once again.

After staying out on the track, Tyler Reddick brings the field down for the green flag restart from the inside lane with AJ Allmendinger on the outside.  Justin Allgaier restarts the race in tenth place with just eight laps remaining in the race.  AJ Allmendinger edges out for the lead from the outside lane.  Justin Allgaier is up to fourth after restarting the race in tenth.

Six to go, Tyler Reddick slaps the wall and brings out the caution flag.

AJ Allmendinger brings the field down for the green flag restart from the inside lane with Justin Allgaier on the outside.  There ae just two laps remaining in the race.  After going side by side, Justin Allgaier pulls out for the lead with Noah Gragson taking second.  AJ Allmendinger is falling back on old tires.

After starting the race from the back of the field with a battery issue, Justin Allgaier comes from worst to first to win the race and end a 34 race win drought.

The caution flag came out just as the checkered flag flew for a wreck.
