The merry-go-round that is the NASCAR silly season continues with two more drivers landing a spot in the Xfinity Series.

Our Motorsports driver Brett Moffitt is getting not one but two new team mates when OMS expands to three teams with Jeb Burton and Anthony Alfredo.

OMS owner Chris Our spoke on the expansion via a team release saying, “we are very excited about the plans we have put in place for the 2022 race season.  We continue to expand on the foundation built in our first two seasons in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. This combination of experienced drivers and crew members will make Our Motorsports a contender each weekend.”

Jeb Burton comes to OMS after running the 2021 racing season in the number 10 Kaulig Racing car.  After getting a multi-year contract with OMS, Burton said, “I’ve never had that before.  I think we’ve got a great lineup here and I’m just really excited about the future. Mr. Our and everybody at Our Motorsports wants to win and hopefully, we can do that a couple more times this year.”

Anthony Alfred comes to OMS after spending his rookie year in the Cup Series at Front Row Motorsports.  Speaking on his new opportunity, Alfredo said, “It’s a huge opportunity for me to go back in the Xfinity Series and run full time for the first time.  Obviously after a full season in the Cup Series, I’ve learned a lot and there were a lot of challenges to overcome. But I think all those obstacles I faced and all of the adversity made me not just a better driver, but a better person.”

OMS has also named the crew chiefs for the three teams with Jeff Hensely as Brett Moffits’ crew chief, Chad Walker as Jeb Burton’s crew chief, and Pat Tryson as Anthony Alfredo’s crew chief.

Our Motorsports has a technical alliance with Richard Childress Racing; they are also collaborating with ECR Engines.
