In race two of a doubleheader day of racing, the Xfinity Series will set the final four with the Dead On Tools 250 at Martinsville Speedway.

The Camping World Truck Series set a record for the number of caution flags in a playoff race with 13.  A half mile short track, Martinsville is sure to be short on tempers and long of destruction to the cars.

After running 200 laps in the Truck Series, Josh Berry and Spencer Boyd are doing the doubleheader and racing in the Xfinity Series.

The first two races in this round of eight have been won by non-playoff drivers.  Austin Cindric and AJ Allmendinger are tied at the top of the point standings; Justin Allgaier and Daniel Hemric are also above the cut line when the race begins.  Justin Haley, Noah Gragson, Brandon Jones, and Harrison Burton begin the race below the cut line and in danger of elimination.  None of the drivers have secured their spot in the final four.

Austin Cindric sits on the pole and will bring the field to the green flag with four time race winner Ty Gibbs alongside on the front row.

Stages one and two of the race are 60 laps each with stage three lasting 130 laps for a total of 250 laps around the half mile track.

NASCAR has called for a competition caution on lap 25.

The drivers can run around 140 laps on a single load of fuel.

Stephen Leicht and Joe Graf Jr will have to start the race from the back of the field after the crews made some unapproved adjustments to the cars.  Mike Harmon starts the race from the back of the field after a driver change.

Lap eight, Austin Cindric has a third of a second lead on Ty Gibbs; AJ Allmendinger, Justin Haley, and Justin Allgaier round out the top five.

Lap eleven, Austin Cindric continues to lead the race with Ty Gibbs in second; AJ Allmendinger, Justin Haley, and Daniel Hemric round out the top five.

Lap 14, Austin Cindric has increased his lead to over half a second on AJ Allmendinger.

The first caution flag comes out on lap 15 when Preston Pardus spins out after some contact with Ryan Vargas.

Lap 24, Austin Cindric has a two tenths of a second lead on AJ Allmendinger; Daniel Hemric, Ty Gibbs, and Justin Allgaier round out the top five.  There are 38 cars on the lead lap.  Mike Harmon returns to the track 10 laps down.

With the early caution flag, NASCAR has moved the competition caution to around lap 30.

Lap 29, Austin Cindric has pulled out to a half second lead on AJ Allmendinger; Daniel Hemric, Justin Allgaier, and Sam Mayer round out the top five.

Lap 30, NASCAR displays the yellow flag for the competition caution.

Austin Cindric brings the field down for the green falg restart on lap 36 and gets out in front of AJ Allmendinger for the lead.  AJ Allmendinger and Daniel Hemric battle for second.

Lap 38, Austin Cindric has pulled out to a half second lead on Daniel Hemric; AJ Allmendinger, Justin Allgaier, and Sam Mayer round out the top five.

Ty Gibbs reports that his car is too free.

Lap 43, Austin Cindric has pulled out to a one second lead on Daniel Hemric; Justin Allgaier, AJ Allmendinger, and Ty Gibbs round out the top five.

Lap 47, Sam Mayer brings out the caution flag with a flat tire after some contact with Ty Gibbs.

Several of the drivers come down pit road for service.

Lap 80, Noah Gragson has a two thenths of a second lead on Ty Gibbs; Harrison Burton, Jeremy Clements, and Justin Haley round out the top five.

Lap 90, Noah Gragson continues to lead the race with Ty Gibbs in second; Harrison Burton, Jeb Burton, and Jeremy Clements round out the top five.  Austin Cindric has entered the top 10 with AJ Allmendinger just outside of the top 10. 

Lap 92, Noah Gragson is nearly a half second lead on Ty Gibbs with Harrison Burton nearly a second back in third; Jeb Burton is over three seconds back in four with Jeremy Clements in fifth.

Lap 97, Noah Gragson is in the lead with Ty B=Gibbs and Harrison Burton challenging for the lead.

Lap 98, Harrison Burton has a wheel hop but holds on to his top five spot.

Lap 103, with 26 cars on the lead lap, Noah Gragson leads the race with Harrison Burton in second; Ty Gibbs, Jeb Burton, and Jeremy Clements round out the top five.

Lap 109, Noah Gragson has encountered slower traffic.

Mike Harmon and Tommy Joe Martins are out of the race.  Kyle Weatherman is off the track.

Lap 112, Austin Cindric battles with Jeremy Clements for fifth place.

Lap 142, Noah Gragson holds on to the lead but Harrison Burton continues to challenge with drivers single file behind him.

Daniel Hemric has yet to win his first Xfinity Series win but has made the playoffs every year he has driven in the series.

The caution flag comes out on lap 150 when Bayley Currey spins out with a flat tire.

Lap 151, Justin Haley returns to the track 22 laps down.  The team reports that there is a caliper issue.

A few drivers come down pit road for service and adjustments.

Noah Gragson brings the field down for the green flag restart from the inside lane with 95 laps remaining in the race.  Gragson jumps out in front of Ty Gibbs for the lead.  Team mates Ty Gibbs and Harrison Burton battle for second.

Lap 160, Noah Gragson has pulled out to a lead of nearly a second as Ty Gibbs and Harrison Burotn battle for second; Austin Cindric and Jeb Burton round out the top five.

Harrison Burton reports that he is too free on exit.

Lap 165, Ty Gibbs has closed the gap on leader Noah Gragson to just a tenth of a second; Harrison Burton Austin Cindric, and Daniel Hemric round out the top five.

Lap 178, Noah Gragson has increased his lead on Ty Gibbs to over half a second./

Lap 179, Ryan Ellis spins out and brings out the  caution flag.

Most of the field comes down pit road for fresh tires and service.  Noah Gragson reports that he is still too tight.  Ty Gibbs wins the race off of pit road with Harrison Burton coming out second.  Noah Gragson comes off pit road in third place.

After staying out on the track, Spencer Boyd brings the field down for the green flag restart on lap 185 and drivers get three wide across the track.  Ty Gibbs takes the lead with Noah Gragson in second; Austin Cindric, Daniel Hemric, and Justin Allgaier round out the top five.

Myatt Snider gets into the wall and brings out the caution flag on lap 180 after some contact with Ryan Sieg.

Ty Gibbs brings the field down for the green flag restart with Noah Gragson alongside on lap 193.  Ty Gibbs gets out in front as the caution flag comes out for a big crash.  Drivers were trying to get around Spencer Boyd on old tires.  Jeb Burton, Riley Herbst, Matt Mills, Myatt Snider, Brett Moffitt, and Michael Annett were all involved.  Michael Annett’s car is dropping lots of fluid on the track.  Jeb Burton has some major damage to his car.

NASCAR has red flagged the race in order to get the track cleaned up. 

After a delay of around 10 minutes, NASCAR displays the yellow flag and the cars are moving once again.

Ty Gibbs brings the field down for the green flag restart from the inside lane with Noah Gragson alongside with 50 laps remaining in the race.  Ty Gibbs takes the lead. 

Ty Gibbs spins out and brings out the caution flag after contact from Noah Gragson.  Austin Cindric bumps Gragson, who bumps Gibbs.  Harrison Burton gets blocked and has to stop after Gibbs spins out.

Noah Gragson is the leader and brings the field down for the green flag restart with Austin Cindric alongside with 43 laps to go.  Gragson gets out in front for the lead.  The top five are Noah Gragson, Justin Allgaier, Austin Cindric, Daniel Hemric and Brandon Jones.

Forty to go, Daniel Hemric and Justin Allgaier are separated by just three points with Hemric above the cut line and Allgaier below.  The two are second and third on the track with Noah Gragson a half second out in front.

There are 35 laps remaining in the race, Noah Gragson leads the race with Daniel Hemric af half second back.

The tenth caution flag of the race comes out for debris on the track.

Harrison Burton left pet road with the jack still attached.  The jack came loose on the track.

During a pre-race interview, Noah Gragson said that he had the snow shovel on the front and would do whatever it took to win the race.

With 18 laps to go, Daniel Hemric passes Noah Gragson for the lead.

Fifteen to go, Daniel Hemric ahs a near half second lead on Noah Gragson.  Leaders have encountered slower traffic.

There are 27 cars on the lead lap with five cars out

Ten to go, Daniel Hemric has increased his lead to over half a second on Noah Gragson; Austin Cindric, Justin Allgaier, and Sam Mayer round out the top five.

The caution flag comes out for the 12th time when Justin Haley spins out with seven laps remaining in the race.

The race is going into overtime.

Daniel Hemric brings the field down for the green flag overtime two lap shootout.  Noah Gragson and Daniel Hemric are side by side in a battle for the lead when the caution flag comes out when Josh Berry spins after contact with Riley Herbst.

Noah Gragson was named the leader when the caution flag came out and will lead the field down for the second overtime start from the inside lane with Austin Cindric on the outside.  Gragson gets out in front for the lead with Austin Cindric in second.

Noah Gragson takes the white flag.

Austin Cindric and Noah Gragson battle for the lead with Noah Gragson barely edging out for his third win of the season.  With the win, Noah Gragson has earned a spot in the final four.  The fourth driver in the final four is Daniel Hemric.

Gragson gives an impressive burnout that destroys the tires before he and his crew climb the fence in celebration.
