On November 18, the Latin Recording Academy will present the 22nd annual Latin Grammy Awards in a live television event. This year the Latin Grammy’s have the theme of “Rediscovering Life Through Music” inviting music fans to explore what is important in their lives via music.
Four time Latin Grammy Award host Roselyn Sánchez returns as one of the hosts for this year’s awards. Ana Brenda Contreras and Carlos Rivera also return for the second time to join Sanchez as hosts for the awards gala.
With the awards just a few weeks away, the Latin Recording Academy has released the names of some of the artists set to perform at the festivities. Ozuna, C. Tangana, Rubén Blades, Nella, Paula Arenas, Danna Paola, Banda El Recodo de Cruz Liarraga, Calibre 50, La Arrolladora Banda El Limón de René Camacho, and Los Dos Carnales are all on the list.
Like the Grammy Awards, the Latin Grammy’s will feature one of a kind collaborations and performances. Eight time Latin and nine time Latin Grammy Award winner Ruben Blades will take the stage with Roberto Delgado and an ensemble of 20 musicians.
With dozens of categories, a majority of the awards will be presented prior to the live television broadcast.
A limited number of tickets are still available for the gala event in Las Vegas. All attendees must be fully vaccinated or present proof of a negative test within 72 hours of the awards presentations. All guests must wear face coverings regardless of vaccination status and may be required to undergo a health screening.
