After having the race postponed due to rain, the Gander Outdoors and RV Truck Series kicks off a triple header day of racing when for the first time in NASCAR all three of the sport’s racing series will run a race at Pocono Raceway.

The Truck Series gets things started with the Pocono Organics 150 to Benefit Farm Aid.

Seventeen drivers in today’s field have never raced at Pocono before.  Normally the drivers would have some practice time on the track but since NASCAR has restarted, there has been no practice or qualifying sessions.

After a random draw set by truck owner points, veteran Johnny Sauter will sit on the pole and bring the field to the green flag.

A fairly short race, stages one and two are just 15 laps each with stage three lasting 30 laps for a total of 60 laps around the two and a half mile track known as the “Tricky Triangle”.
