Paramore’s lead singer Hayley Williams is stepping out on her own with a new debut solo album…and a tour.

“Petals for Armor” is due out May 8 and on May 13, she will be embarking on her tour that will begin in Europe.

Williams notes that she will be performing in places that Paramore outgrew a decade ago; adding, “it’s going to be so satisfying to feel the energy of a crowd that close again, especially while performing songs that feel so vital for me; songs I have never performed before for an audience.”
