During the pre game activities on CBS Saturday, January 11, the Pro Football Hall of Fame president David Baker surprised Coach Bill Cowher with the announcement that he would become a member of the NFL Hall of Fame as a part of the Centennial Slate.

On Sunday, January 12 as the FOX sport broadcast crew were preparing for their halftime activities on the studio football field, David Baker again entered the studio to surprise another new member of the Hall of Fame.

This time it was former Dallas Cowboys coach Jimmy Johnson who got the news that he will become the Hall of Fame’s 328th member.

A very emotional Johnson had difficulty in expressing his thoughts but gave credit to all of his fellow coaches for making it happen.

The remainder of the Centennial Slate Pro Football Hall of Fame members will be revealed on January 15 on the NFL Network’s Good Morning Football.
