It’s the final race of the 2019 Xfinity Series with the Eco
Boost 300 at Homestead-Miami. Tyler Reddick, Cole Custer, Christopher Bell, and Justin Allgaier will all battle for the right to be called Champion.

Summer is over but the rains still come to Florida. And the rains have come to the race track in south Florida and has washed out practice.

After single car qualifying, with a time of 32.322 seconds Championship Four driver Tyler Reddick put his number two car on the pole and will bring the field to green. Championship Four driver Cole Custer will start alongside Reddick on the front row.

Stages one and two of the race are 45 laps each with stage three lasting 110 laps for a total of 200 laps around the mile and a half track.

Only two laps in and the drivers have spread out all across the track looking for the right line.

The caution flag comes out on lap five for Ray Black Jr who has a heavily smoking car with a possible blown engine.

Tyler Matthews brings out the second caution flag of the race after blowing a tire and hitting the wall hard on lap 15.

Tyler Reddick is reporting something is sticking out of the wall in turn four.

The caution flag comes out on lap 33 for the debris that was reported against the wall.

Leaders bring their cars down pit road for service.

Christopher Bell brings the field down for the green flag restart on lap 38 but it is Noah Gragson who jumps out in front for the lead.

Tyler Reddick has already moved up to third from 20th position with Cole Custer on his bumper.

With five laps remaining in stage one, Chase Briscoe is in the lead.

Austin Cindric challenges Chase Briscoe for the lead and takes over the top spot as Chad Finchum gets slowed down on the track and gets out of the way.

Cole Custer reports a possible loose wheel. Custer is reporting vibrations in the corners and will have to come down pit road. Cole Custer is now one lap down with 28 laps remaining in stage two.

Austin Cindric continues to lead the race with 28 cars on the lead lap.

Jeb Burton has a flat tire and has to come down pit road with 12 laps remaining in stage two. There are 22 cars on the lead lap.

With seven laps remaining I stage two, Austin Cindric continues to leas the race. Tyler Reddick is running the fastest times on the track riding the high line.

Austin Cindric has a lead of a second and a half on Christopher Bell with four laps to go in stage two.

There are only 17 cars on the lead lap.

On the final lap of stage two Cole Custer gets past leader Austin Cindric to get back on the lead lap.

Lap 121, Christopher Bell has closed the gap on leader Tyler Reddick to under two seconds.

The caution flag comes out for a flat tire on Chase Briscoe’s car after contact with the wall with 78 laps remaining in the race.

Lap 148, Tyler Reddick has caught up to Christopher Bell with Cole Custer in third.

Lap 153, Tyler Reddick takes the lead.

Cole Custer passes Christopher Bell for second.

Lap 157, Tyler Reddick is pulling away from the field, he has a one second lead on Cole Custer.

Trying to make a pit stop, Christopher Bell misses pit road.

Justin Allgaier has a flat tire after hitting the wall and makes it to pit road without bringing out the caution flag.

Cole Custer gets just a little too close to the wall and scrapes the car.

Five to go, Tyler Reddick has a near three second lead on Cole Custer.

With a lead of nearly two seconds, Tyler Reddick takes the white flag on the way to his second Xfinity Series Championship.

While other drivers have gone back to back to win championships, Tyler Reddick is the first driver to do so with two different team owners – last season it was with JR Motorsports and this year it was with Richard Childress Racing. Next season Reddick will be moving up to the Monster Energy Cup Series.
