It’s Halloween Week on “Dancing with the Stars” and the remaining couples are looking for some ghostly fun with ghoulish routines. And the team dance returns.

The night of dance opens with a “Thriller” styled group dance.

First up are Kel and Witney with a snakey Jive to “Time Warp” form “The Rocky Horror Picture Show”. After some rousing applause, Len said that Kel was rocking and he was reeling with a terrific way to start the evening. Bruno loved that they took a cult classic and made it imaginative and original. Carrie Ann called the performance incredible; adding that Kel was off the hook. Kel and Witney earned their highest scores of the season with 27 points for their dance.

James and Emma perform a Viennese Waltz to the Annie Lennox version of “I Put a Spell on You”. Bruno called James the Prince of Darkness in command and pulling all the strings; adding that it was a powerful performance. Carrie Ann called the routine perfection and flawless. Len said that James put a spell on him; adding that the dance was terrific and a lovely mix of tricks and treats. Despite a small incident on the dance floor, James and Emma earned 27 points for their dance.

Len said that Ally came back to life with a terrific Tango. Bruno called it premiere league Tango with attitude; adding that the dance was full of content. Ally and Sasha also scored 27 points for their dance.

Hannah and Alan perform a Jazz dance to “Bad Girls” by Donna Summer. Alan has Hannah playing a dead beauty queen. Tom said that Hannah did the bad girl thing okay. Len noted that Hannah came out and performed full on. Bruno said that there was nothing scary about the dance and a great performance. Agreeing with her fellow judges, Carrie Ann said that Hannah is disconnected with the dance. Hannah and Alan scored 25 points for their dance.

Karamo and Jenna Paso Doble to the music of Beyonce – “Survivor” by Destiny’s Child. During rehearsals the duo carved pumpkins. Bruno said that there was no lack of power or purpose in the dance; adding that Karamo cut the shaping a little short. Carrie Ann called Karmao a sonic boom on the dance floor; adding that he opened up and let it rip. Len congratulated hair, makeup, and wardrobe; while he liked the attack in the dance he noted the importance of the shaping in the dance. Karamo and Jenna scored 25 points including a nine from Carrie Ann.

Lauren becomes a vampire queen for her Argentine Tango with Gleb. Lauren said that the song wasn’t “Whatever Lola Wants” but “Whatever Lauren Wants”. Carrie Ann noted that even with a slip, Lauren made it work for her. Len said that he saw plenty of what Lenny wants, calling it a spirited performance. Bruno asked Lauren for a bit; adding that at time it was like watching Marilyn Monroe as a vampire with a little Madonna thrown in. Lauren has been dancing with fractured ribs. Lauren and Gleb scored 27 points for their dance.

Sean and Lindsay dance a Jive to “Monster Mash” with Sean as Frankenstein. Sean noted that he can relate to Frankenstein; saying that they both have the same kind of moves. Sean noted that it took about four hours in makeup; adding that he now understands why his wife takes so long. Saying that Halloween is about the super natural, he noted that the dance was not super or natural lacking Jive content but he liked that Sean comes out and gives it his all. Bruno said that the monster part was perfection but the Jive part was six feet behind; adding that it was entertaining. Carrie Ann said that it was a dance only your mummies could love; adding that it wasn’t his best dance but she does love his spirit. Sean and Lindsay scored 18 points for their dance.
