It’s a triple header weekend for NASCAR with the Gander Outdoors Truck Series getting things started from the “tricky triangle” known as Pocono for the Gander RV 150.
With a track setting time of 52.52 seconds, Austin Hill won the pole and will bring the field down to the green.
Stages one and two of the race are only 15 laps each with stage three lasting 30 laps for a total of 60 laps around the two and a half mile track.
Ben Rhodes, Josh Reaume, and Mason Massey all had to move to the back of the field for unapproved adjustments.
Austin Hill brings the field down for the green flag start of the race and the drivers get three wide right from the start.
As the drivers reach turn one, Stewart Friesen goes low and spins out and brings out the first caution flag of the race. Anthony Alfredo had nowhere to go and hit Friesen. Both drivers are out of the race. Natalie Decker and Ben Rhodes also sustained some damage from the wreck.
Ross Chastain brings the field down for the green flag restart on lap five and holds on to the lead.
Lap six, Bryan Dauzat spins out and hits the wall to bring out the second caution flag of the race.
Ross Chastain brings the field down for the green flag restart on lap seven but Bayley Currey spins out but the track stays green.
Lap seven, this is the first lap that the drivers have made it to turn two under green flag conditions.
Lap nine, Ross Chastain has pulled out to a one second lead on Sheldon Creed.
Lap 10, Johnny Sauter makes an unscheduled trip down pit road.
Lap 12, Ross Chastain has increased his lead to nearly two seconds on Sheldon Creed with 27 trucks on the lead lap.
Ross Chastain wins stage one.

Taking only two tires, Tyler Ankrum wins the race off of pit road but not all of the drivers made a trip down pit road.
Ross Chastain brings the field down for the green flag start of stage two on lap 20 and holds on to his lead as the drivers get spread out across the track.
Sheldon Creed hits the wall but saves it and the track stays green.
Lap 21, Ross Chastain has a one second lead on Harrison Burton. Sheldon Creed brings his truck down pit road for repairs.
Pole sitter Austin Hill brings his truck down pit road and to the garage with clutch issues on lap 23.
Lap 24, Ross Chastain has pulled out to a lead of nearly two seconds on Harrison Burton.
Lap 25, Ross Chastain’s lead is now nearly two and a half seconds on Harrison Burton as he runs the fastest laps on the track.
Lap 26, Ross Chastain brings his truck down pit road for service and is joined by a number of other drivers.
Harrison Burton is the new leader.
Harrison Burton has a lead of over two seconds on Brett Moffitt.
Harrison Burton wins stage two for his first stage win of the season.

Lap 36, Ross Chastain has a lead of over a second on Tyler Ankrum.
Lap 40, Ross Chastain continues to lead the race and has pulled out to a lead of a second and a half over Tyler Ankrum.
Lap 43, Tyler Ankrum is very slowly closing the gap on leader Ross Chastain. Chastain’s lead is down to just a second over Ankrum.
Fifteen to go, Ross Chastain holds on to his lead over Tyler Ankrum but the lead is now less than a second.
Lap 47, Ross Chastain has increased his lead over Tyler Ankrum back to a second.
Ten to go, Ross Chastain has a lead of nearly two seconds on Tyler Ankrum.
Seven to go, Ross Chastain’s lead is now up to over three and a half seconds on Tyler Ankrum.
Five to go, Ross Chastain’s lead is now over two seconds on Tyler Ankrum with Harrison Burton in third.
Three to go, Ross Chastain holds on to his lead over Tyler Ankrum. Is another watermelon in danger of being smashed or will Ross see a victory ripped away from him?
Ross Chastain takes the white flag with a two and a half second lead.
Ross Chastain becomes the first Gander Outdoors Truck Series driver to win three races in the season.
But before the live watermelon, Ross gets a giant watermelon beach ball thrown at him…and has a lot of fun throwing it around with the fans.
