On May 18 Back to the Bars made a return visit to the Hard Rock Cafe in Niagara Falls to perform classic pop and rock, but not the typical songs heard by every other cover band.  More than just good musicians, the members of Back to the Bars are ridiculously good.

Despite fighting illness, lead singer Mark Chimes put on a master class of how to perform a great show.

After opening the show with Sir Elton John’s “Benny and the Jets”; the set list included “Hello, It’s Me”, “How Long (Has This Been Going On)”, “Baby Come Back”, “Summer Breeze”, “Dance with Me”, “These Eyes”, “Your Smiling Face”, “She’s Gone”, a Police set including “Synchronicity II”, a Beatles medley, “Misunderstanding” which featured a short mashup of Genesis songs, a Electric Light Orchestra medley,  the overture from “Jesus Christ Superstar”, “Kashmir”, music from Queen, the theme from “Rocky”, and “Beginnings” by Chicago.
