After rain washed out qualifying for the Xfinity Series Boyd Gaming 300 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, points leader Cole Custer will lead the field to the green flag from the pole position.

After making some unapproved adjustments in an impounded race, Christopher Bell has to start the race from the back of the field.

Stages one and two of the race are 45 laps each with stage three lasting 110 laps.

The first caution flag of the race comes out on lap three when Joey Gase spins out and catching up Donal Theetge in the wreck.

Kyle Busch is reporting an issue with his car, possibly a loose wheel and will have to bring his car down pit road but is having difficulty in getting to pit road. Busch finally gets his car down pit road on lap 15.

After starting the race from the back of the field, Christopher Bel has taken just 17 laps to move into the to 15.

Lap 25, Christopher Bell is now in the top 10.

Now one lap down, Kyle Busch is back in the race in 31st place after having a loose wheel.

Lap 30, leader Cole Custer has pulled out to a lead of over three seconds and is steadily lapping slower traffic.

With a lead of nearly three seconds, Cole Custer wins stage one.

Thirty to go, Kyle Busch has a lead of over a second and there are only eight cars on the lead lap.

Twenty three laps to go, second place driver Christopher Bell has erased Kyle Busch’s one second lead; Bell is now only a tenth of a second behind Busch with only six cars on the lead la.

With 20 laps to go, Christopher Bell gets around Kyle Busch for the lead.
